Coconut olive lamb fryi
- 15pcs Spanish black olives
- 200g Lamb
- 1pc Onion
- 2pcs Green chillies
- 15g Garlic
- 5g Ginger
- 5gChilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 3g Turmeric powder
- 40g Fresh grated coconut
- 10g Garam masala powder
- 40ml Pure Olive Oil
- 15ml Lime juice

1. Clean the lamb and cut it into small pieces.
2. Take a non stick pan and heat the oil , chop the onions and chillies and fry them till golden brown add the ginger garlic paste and let it fry for 2 minutes.
3. Now add the lamb and water, salt, chilli powder and turmeric and let it fry till all the water evaporates.
4. Add the Spanish black olives and coconut and garam masala and fry till the lamb turns nice and brown. Sprinkle some lime juice just before serving.
