Masala marinated olives


  • 50pcs Spanish black olives
  • 150ml Extra virgin Olive oil
  • 5pcs Garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp Dry parsley
  • 5pcs Cayenne Peppers
  • 2tbsp Masala powder


1. In a large bowl, mix Spanish black olives with the oil.
2. Add the garlic, dry parsley, cayenne pepper and the masala powder and mix well.
3. Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
