Mediterranean spiced marinated olives
- 80pcs Spanish green olives
- 45ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1tbsp Ground coriander seeds
- 1tbsp Curry powder
- 1tbsp Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 3tbsp Honey
- 1pc Grated Lemon zest
- 2tbsp Lemon juice
- 1tbsp Chopped Flat Parsley Leaf
- 1tbsp Chopped fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a large bowl, mix Spanish black olives with the oil.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
