Olive rava masala idli
- 25pcs Spanish green olives
- 200g Semolina
- 30ml Pure Olive Oil
- 2pcs Dry red chilli
- 7pcs Curry leaves
- 5g Mustard seeds
- 5g Salt to taste
- 100g Plain yoghurt
1. Heat the oil and add the peppers, curry leaves, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the semolina and saute over low heat, till an aroma emanates.
2. Take it off the heat and let it cool.
3. When cool, mix the semolina, Spanish green olives and yogurt to a smooth batter add the salt.
4. Keep aside in a warm place for about an hour.
5. Steam immediately in an idli steamer for 6-9 minutes.
