Orange and mint marinated olives


  • 80pcs Spanish green olives
  • 1 Whole dried red pepper
  • 45ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2pcs Whole garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4tsp Mild Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4tsp Dried mint
  • 1/4tsp Black (or mixed) peppercorns
  • 1/4tsp Orange peels (1/2 inch)


1. In a large bowl, mix Spanish black olives with the oil.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
