Orange and mint marinated olives
- 80pcs Spanish green olives
- 1 Whole dried red pepper
- 45ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2pcs Whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4tsp Mild Red pepper flakes
- 1/4tsp Dried mint
- 1/4tsp Black (or mixed) peppercorns
- 1/4tsp Orange peels (1/2 inch)
1. In a large bowl, mix Spanish black olives with the oil.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
