Peanut and olive chaat


  • 15pcs Sliced Spanish Green and black olives
  • 50g Roasted peanuts
  • Salt
  • 1pc Tomatoes chopped
  • 25g Cucumber chopped
  • 10g Ginger chopped
  • 2 pcs Green chili chopped
  • 15g Cumin powder
  • 15g Red chili powder
  • 30g Amchoor powder
  • 30ml Lemon juice


1. Mix ginger, chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cumin seed powder, red chili powder, black pepper, sugar, mango powder and lemon juice together.
2. Mix the peanuts with olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, add the spice mix and toss.
3. Peanut Chaat is ready to serve.
